Hey Divas!

Today on the show I am answering a question from a listener who is asking:

“I saw some pictures of myself at the wedding we went to recently and was horrified. I am finding it hard to resist the chocolate and food that I know is bad for me. I feel like I’m going through a bit of self-sabotage at the moment. How do I love myself even though I don’t feel/look pretty?”

We can all relate to this question, especially as women, because let’s be honest, who likes to look at themselves in the mirror and see cellulite, a soggy belly, and a huge butt?

I talk about how looking and feeling pretty is an inside job we have to do with ourselves, especially when we know that the road to achieving our health goals will be long. Let’s be honest, it took years to get to where we are today, and it will take time to clear some of it out of the body. But, how do we love ourselves in the process, that’s what we’re going to talk about today.
