Hi guys,

Today we are talking about a topic that I personally struggle a lot with – how to yell less. I am a very emotional and sensitive person, plus I grew up in a home where both my mom and dad yelled so I guess for me it is sort of a double problem. Over the years I have done a lot of work on myself, but yelling is still something I struggle with, so I am super excited to learn from Kelly!

Kelly Hutcheson is a former teacher and child counselor who helps parents learn how to connect more and yell less to have more fun with their precious children. She believes our children are hand selected by God to teach us about our undeveloped self and their throbbing spirit teaches us about where we need to grow. She currently resides in Wellington with her daughter Lily, 8 and son Grady, 6 and husband David where she works from home as a Beachbody coach to help moms feel comfortable in their own skin.
